OLDER PERSONS are defined as persons aged 65 years and
older and CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS are defined as persons
under the age of 18 years. States and Territories will be
responsible for determining whether 'Age Group' (and thus
the clinical measures to be used) is determined on the basis of
the actual age, condition and care needs of the consumer or
deemed on the basis of the type of service providing the
treatment and care, or a mixture of both.
